Thanks for commenting! I'm glad the list is helpful to you. In-person author presentations can be expensive, though in my experience, they're worth every penny if you can swing it. (I'm the author visit coordinator for my school, and we're lucky enough to have a line item in our budget for author visits, but we haven't always so I know that it can be tough to pull together funding.)
